We stayed here on a friend’s recommendation for our first visit to Rome in 4 decades. It has an amazing location being a 15 minute walk from Trevi, Colosseum & palazzo Venezia. Our premium room was very spacious- however we were in a lower floor with a view of a rooftop with aircon etc which wasn’t so nice. Most outstanding feature was service. We had been apprehensive about sullen servers in Rome and were totally amazed by the very helpful attitude of everyone we dealt with- special mention to concierge for suggesting and booking some great meals for us.

We went to Rome for a much delayed honeymoon JUST as Europe’s opened up. The Naiadi was an indulgent treat. We made wonderful use of the rooftop pool; It was an absolute luxury to be able to cool off and have a cocktail after a hot day of walking around the city. This hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing and is right on top of a metro station. The staff were incredible; We had some stains on the carpet and called downstairs to let them know that we hadn’t done it. We weren’t concerned with the aesthetic of the room, we just didn’t want to be charged for damaging the carpet. Instead, they upgraded us to a suite with a stellar view of the Piazza della Repubblica. The breakfast is fantastic. It was actually one of the better meals we had during our time in Europe. An incredible Buffet with everything under the sun, and top quality food. Aheb, Giuseppe, and Gemma were incredible to us - they made our time there magical. The only drawback that I can think of is that we had to walk a half a mile down the long hallway to find a bucket of ice. But if that is the only negative thing I can say about this hotel, then take that into consideration.…

Amazing Hotel - Staff 1st Class This is my first visit to this stunning hotel which was recommended to my wife and I. The staff are amazing especially Gemma Gucci in Guest Relations. Gemma took the time to show us our rooms and made us feel very welcome which was superb. The rooms are amazing and very clean. Bathroom has both a bath and a shower. The lounge bar serves great cocktails and the staff were fantastic. If you want a treat in Rome book this hotel, you will not be disappointed. 👏👏👏

This hotel was stunning and such a great location! We arrived the day after my birthday and they noticed it on check in, we were early so went back a couple of hours later and they had upgraded us to a duplex suite and it was amazing!!! Not only that they left me a card and a cake in the room, which was just a lovely touch and something I was so grateful for! The hotel couldn’t have done more for us, the staff were so friendly, recommending restaurants to eat, booking taxis, giving us a route to walk to see all the sights! It truly was an incredible place to stay and I will be returning here on my next visit to Rome!!

From the checkin to check out our stay at the Palazzo Naiadi was excellent. We were delighted to have a welcome note, with a bottle of wine upon arrival. The rooms are spacious and clean. The entire room and bathroom was very large compared to others we have stayed at in Rome. We had a beautiful view of the plaza from our window. We used the concierge services each day, and the young man and women that worked there were fabulous. We had breakfast included. I also appreciated that they delivered glass bottles of water in our rooms each day. Overall, we would most certainly stay here again.
