Maybe there is a room in the residenza like the pictures, but it was definitely not ours!! Cheap but not worth it. There are footprints all over the walls. The bathroom is not clean (hairs in the bath from other guests). The shower was leaking, we had to dry the bathroom every morning. Really bad smell in the bathroom. A...

This place is terrible! The photos on their website are not accurate as they do not portray anything close to the same room we were offered. You can’t feel safe in here because there is no security at night. We booked in their website for 8 days; we arrived 20th October 2016 and 15:30. When we saw the awful apartment...

Since I booked this place, I few weeks before checking in, the great customer started the staff email me to let me know that everything was confirmed, they were expecting me, and they offered to send a car to the airport to pick me up (with a cost of course), which I regretted not to take. The room was absurdly...

Very central location and easy to get to. Bars/restaurants/cafes all very close. 500m from the Colosseum, Cavour is nearest train station (1 stop from Termini), very helpful staff. Room wasn't quite as advertised but provided everything we needed.

Well I don't need to write a review on Rome that speaks for it's self, but on the other hand there's this hotel and it's absolutely shocking, nothing like the pictures online, staff was impolite and lazy, did not get fresh towels or bedding once in a week, only plus side to this hotel is the location and free wifi...

I live in Rome but my partner and I got an apartment in the centre. 1. Gay friendly 2. Amazing location 3. the apartment was nice, good size, had a toaster and kettle and hobs for cooking. Its not the kind of luxury place where you want to stay inside all evening and lounge. Its perfect as a base.

Hi, this was my first trip to rome and the hotel was located exactly as u dreamed , i.e the center of the city. I walked in with a very warm welcome from the reception (Mauritsio). The entire stay was made so comfortable, i would like to give my special thanks and regards to the staff (Hossein and tarak), for...

Could do with a lick of paint. On the plus side it is cheap. Had to ask to get the hot water fixed. No breakfast bar, but it is two star. Reception only 9am to 5pm so after hours you need to call a mobile phone to get service.

A TripAdvisor user earlier wrote "Moldy, smelly & dated but great terrace & location” which sums it up nicely. The staff is also friendly, but the place really needs a makeover (or at least our room)...
