We spent 6 nights at the hotel for our mini-moon and it was wonderful. The rooms are spacious, beds comfy, bar open, staff lovely, especially Claudio. It was a wonderful stay. It is easy to get into town as the metro is only 5 minutes away.

Our bad experience started right after booking for this hotel. We booked for this hotel by our mistake and right after some minutes we wanted kindly to cancel, the hotel rejected it even though we tried to explain (and at that point a big red light came to mind).Later when we understood that they wont cancel our booking ,we wanted to change...

It was a wonderful experience at the hotel. The ambience was good and hotel staff and people at the reception were very helpful.I can say I had got the best service throughout my trip in Italy. It wouldn't have been possible to explore Rome without the help of the Reception who guided us to the right direction. Even the metro station was...

Although not in the middle of the historical center, the location is excellent with public transport and Hop on Hop off busses within 5-10 minutes walk. Nice neighbourhood with several eating places within minutes by foot. Good service by all staff. Rooms alright or better than average for this category of hotel.

Good location and very helpful staff. The room was a little less that what I expected and the bathroom was tiny, particularly the shower. I think for the price it is a good deal and you are just enough out of the way that you are in a very quiet area with not a lot of traffic. The internet was...

We really just needed a place to sleep, shower, and store our stuff. This worked well, but I would still say it was an average hotel experience. Front desk staff was sometimes friendly but other times kind of indifferent and disengaged. The room was interesting-fabric wall coverings top to bottom. Best quality was the water pressure in the shower but...

This hotel is very conveniently located a short walk from the main train station, Roma Termini. It's in a beautiful neighborhood and within walking distance (15-30 minutes) of many of the key attractions. It's a very basic hotel but it's comfortable and convenient enough. The rooms are clean but the furnishings are old and my room smelled a little musty....

Staff very helpful, rooms clean although a few rooms are on the small side but have all comforts. Breakfast fresh and good. Location close to main station but in a quiet and secured area, surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. Hotel definitely recommended and of value of money. Would definitely return

Stayed for 4 nights with breakfast and couldn't have been happier with the hotel! Staff very welcoming and answered and questions we had with a smile. Our room was small but its what you would expect in a city. It was cleaned very well every day and had all the things we needed, bed nice and comfy too. Breakfast was...

I have stayed there for four nights. Nice, little hotel close to Termini station - about 10 min walk. People at the reception were really helpful and great. The breakfast was a bit of a let down with no hot food, no mayo for the eggs and no veggies. Overall, good impression of the hotel.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
