The hotel is very nice and it has a good location- it's 5 mins away from Termini station and 20 from Coliseum. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit tiny but very quiet and clean.

The hotel room was extremely small, the bathroom tiny and old, the AC was noisy, the mini fridge missing, no complimentary slippers and napkins. The only positive thing about this hotel it's the location, everything else is below standard for its category.

It was pre-booked but we'll be back. Remember to take cash, you'll need it for city taxes. The hotel staff was very nice, the breakfast was great, the bartender Marco was utterly amazing. So charming, helpful and humble. I wanted to take him home!!! I...More
