Let's not get crazy, if you wanted pampered, if you want elegance, if you want personalized attention - keep looking. If you want a nice cozy hole in the wall in basically the center of the old city - full of free downtown noises, couples walking for the sake of walking and yes even some very tacky souvenir stands --...

I love Rome......crazy, wild, chaotic, eccentric...etc...so, i will be back but I will skip Relais Orso . It just didn't make sense,,,,A small room with a toilet and shower does not make it a suite.> The damp artificial turf around the Jacuzzi was smelly.....the shower took forever to drain the water leaving me feeling dirty.... the lack of drawer space...?...

We went to Rome for a 4-day romantic trip, and, being avid city-explorers, wanted something comfortable but central enough that we could access most of our sites of interest on foot. Relais Orso fit the bill, and the pictures and reviews seemed inviting enough, so we decided to take our chances. Comfy? Check. This place found a great balance between...

The hotel is at a very good location allowing to stay at the center and enjoy the evening in the center of Rome. Rooms are small but ok. Breakfast has a bit of a limited choice. Free wifi in the room. Good service at the reception, helping out with prebooking for tickets for colloseum. Nice staff!

Very nice receptionist. Clean room. Decor is "stressed look." It is a tired looking hotel. Very tight quarters. No bar or lounge or restaurant as advertised. Rooftop is pleasant but there is no service there. Location is excellent. Breakfast was modest. Hostess was on the cool/ rude side. A power outage in the morning left us with no water at...

A very special unique combination of a modern hotel centrally located in the middle of Rome's ancient beauty. Each room has an individual, special decor. I loved the artistic names of each individual room. Extraordinary, detail oriented and kind service by the front staff including Daniela, Gabriela, Davide & Sofia as well as the cleaning staff. Check out the 5th...

Hotel was such a good price for 3 nights, was more of an apartment as you could walk in and do as you please. Our room was a good size and suitable for a 20 and 21 year old. I say this because some people might not have liked the fact the shower wasn't in the bathroom but the bedroom...

Our honeymoon/birthday vacation started in Rome. The hotel arranged for us to be picked up at the airport. We arrived very early but the hotel did their best to get us in a room as soon as possible. All the front desk were extremely helpful. They got us last min. Skip the line tickets to the Vatican. Our tour guide...
