Great location, a short walk to the Trevi Fountain, Plaza Navona, Campo di Fior. The rooms are small but adequate. The front desk staff is super. They could not be more helpful--restaurant reservations, recommendations, directions, placing calls for us. The room came with a

Dear Mrs Carlotta, wow!!! What a pleasure to read your review about your stay with us! We are so glad you appreciated the efforts of our staff, the location and silence during the night we can offer our clients although we are so centrally located. We hope then to see you again very soon and kindly ask you to accept our warmest regards. Manuela

I stayed here with my family in mid December for 5 nights. The hotel is right in the old town of Rome, within easy walking distance to all attractions. It is in a beautiful old character building, in a narrow cobbled street. We found the rooms to be warm and comfortable, and

We stayed here for 2 nights in November on a trip to Rome. The positives: Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The owner made an effort coming to speak to all the guests at various points which we really appreciated. Location is superb. Very close to the pantheon.

Dear Mrs Natasha, first of all we wish to thank you for choosing our hotel and finding the time to review us. We are very glad the staff has been friendly and helpful and that you found our location great. Regarding instead terraces and restaurant we wish to point you out that we are a small hotel and only a 3 stars hotel. We only serve breakfast and we have just few rooms on top floor which come with a terrace where guests can enjoy their breakfast if they wish or taste and enjoy a bottle of wine of what ever they wish, as described on our website. Furthermore although we have no restaurant, there are so many in the nearby. We hope to see you again and wishing you all the best we send you our warmest regards. Manuela

We stayed here for three nights in November. Hotel is located on a cute side street (slightly difficult for cab driver from airport to locate). The staff was extremely friendly and provided good recommendations. The room itself was charming. The bathroom was small but adequate.

Is the roof terrace open to all guests?
Morning! No, it's divided between 3 or 4 rooms. This is an old residence with a lot of history, would imagine it started life as servant quarters! They have done a good job making the rooms comfortable and open. Part of the charm of this hotel is a surprise when we get there which room we get! Have never been disappointed! Enjoy!
