Excellent location, jus a few minutes to Colosseo (walking distance), friendly staff, willing to help you to orientate, clean rooms, breakfast acceptable. I can recommend this hotel to everybody who is looking for a short trip, ideal for couples or individual tourists.

Sorry, we stayed in January so I don't know. Email the hotel to ask. I found the staff very helpful by email and in person during our stay. Enjoy!

I stayed there in winter and the heating was ok (I mean the temperature was ok in the room). I hope they have the same logic with the summertime temperature :)
