Hotel in a very good location near underground only set back is the hotel is getting a little outdated. breakfast is ok but no restaurant so you have to find a place to eat every evening, but overall its ok if you are not fussy.

Not really, there are lifts inside, but I don't think a wheelchair would fit inside, and also steps down from the street.

it just outside the wall of the center of Rome - the wall is visible from the rooms to the rear of the hotel
