The hotel were able to accommodate us after we arrived with no reservation after a mix up with the hotel of the same name in naples. They managed to sort us out with a double, but with no aircon although they did provide a fan....More
We have stayed at Hotel des Artistes several times and have found the rooms clean and nicely decorated. The website is easy to use and the staff members helpful. We appreciated the in-room safe and being able to have breakfast on the roof of the...More
This hotel was recommended by a friend who stayed there a year ago; it lived up to his recommendation: conveniently located, clean, friendly staff. The hotel is within easy walking distance (even with luggage--but only if it rolls!) of the main train station in Rome...More
I really like the quirkiness of this hotel. The hotel and room was spotless when we arrived and the room was maintained in this manner throughout our stay. Although the room was air conditioned(and the air conditioning looked new) it did not work at all...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

I don't believe the hotel has anything dedicated for this, we walked to the hotel from the train station when we stayed here. However, for our flight out we needed a ride and the reception simply called a cab for us.
