Good location, close to the railway station, however the hotel itself is relatively basic. We were awoken by the noisy lift most nights, and there were no coffee/tea making facilities within the room. The breakfast was good on the other hand and the hotel is...More

We stayed here again a bit apprehensively. It was a good deal a decade or so ago and now that the place has been renovated it was even better. Electrical outlets were capable of dealing with any modern demands, even USB. The staff was younger...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

Hi, not aware that the hotel offers anything sorry, however if you are flying into Fiumicino airport, there is a non stop direct train that goes into the centre of Rome. The station is the Termini and is a 10 minute straightforward walk to the hotel. Ticket costs €16, the train is of a very high standard and takes about 25 mins. Traffic in Rome is pretty manic, so a cab would probably cost a lot more.
Hope this helps 🙂
