Best thing about this hotel is the location not far from Trevi fountain and very convenient. We walked everywhere. However, hotel room was tiny and very bleak. There was a window but it looked onto the courtyard (really just a corridor) and we kept the shutters closed. Breakfast on roof terrace which is a nice setting but food not that...

On the whole Hotel De Petris wasn't worth £50 a night! More like £35 if am honest. You need to be up for at least 6.45am to get a hot shower! Room was cold as well! They gave us a extra blanket 🤔🤔 If your thinking about heading out on ya own with the will to find places on ya...

I stayed for one night back in June of 2016. Very nice property but the roof top bar was not open the evening I was there and that was one of the main reason I selected the property so I was disappointed to find it closed. Room was nice though and I enjoyed the ability to open the windows.

Very nice location. Near to Fontana di Trevi and other nice streets. Near to Metro station Barberini, so you can access all metro infrastructure from there. Good breakfast, nice cleaning, excellent staff. Definitely, I recommend.

I was also part of a delegation who spent more than a week there and found the accommodation quite pleasant. The staff went out of their way to settle us in earlier as we arrived in Rome before 6 in the morning. They arranged a party for guests we received and provided complimentary cakes from the owner. It was close...

Our travel agent recommended this hotel since it was very central and within walking distance of many sites. He told us it was clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds, not huge rooms but that is what you find pretty much anywhere in Italy. We agreed with him on all accounts and had a very enjoyable stay. It was within 10" of...

A delegation from South Africa stayed with Hotel de Petris, under the management and ownership of Rosella De Petris. We were well catered to and the staff were friendly and professional. They made very effort to be responsive to our unique needs for meetings, etc. The location is perfect being just a few moments walk from the Trevi fountain, shops...

Do not believe what you see on the website. This hotel is outdated and poor quality. Staff not friendly. The breakfast is very basic and poor all cold food. Call the hotel ahead and confirm you want a room in the new wing of the hosp

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
