Upon arrival I've received room without air conditioning despite it was stated in the booking. The room where clean and the location is ok, 7 min walk from Policlinco metro station. Overall could stay again if need be.

This is an older but clean and well-run hotel which is a little way away from Rome's main attractions.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Hotel is close to the uni so there are some great value food and drink venues nearby.
