Overall this is a nice hotel. Good sized comfortable rooms and in a good location with bars and restaurants nearby. The breakfast isn't fantastic but fulls the gap. The guy on night duty was rather unpleasant and has actually put me off ever staying at the hotel again. He charged my friend €10 for dropping a few crisps on the...

Dear Guest, Thank you for leaving your review on Tripadvisor. I already wrote to you via email but as I have not yet received a reply I decided to reply here on Tripadvisor because your review omits some very important facts. About the receptionist on the night shift, you charged 10 euro, because on your return (at 02:02 am in...

We stayed here for a two nights, the room was too small for a double, not much space to walk around if you come with for two suitcases, the bathroom was small as well. The location is great, only 10 min from Termini and the Colosseum. Overall not a bad hotel.

This hotel was conveniently located. We were able to walk every where we went and it was handy for our train transfers being only a few blocks from Termini. Very nice basic hotel-comfortable beds, nice working air conditioner, private bath, and very clean. Not many "extras" per se--no working phones, no laundry, disappointing breakfast, and generally a little bit dated....

We were two adults with our 5 year old son and 3 year old daughter. We stayed in the family room also know has a quadruple room. It contained a queen sized bed and a sofa that folded out into a double bed. Between these two beds was a large rectangular coffee table. Over the sofa was a large flat...

Our 1st night we arrived very late, around 10pm. The gentleman at Reception welcomed us and quickly, courteously checked us in to Room 204. The room was horrible - badly needed a facelift; bathroom tiles were grubby; toilet worked part-time; a high walled bathtub that my wife couldn't get into to shower. I went to Reception to see if we...

Traveled to Rome recently with family and stayed 2 nights at this small hotel located about 15 minutes walk from Roma Termini. The location is great within walking distances of many sights. Vittoria Emanuelle monument is right next. The room was spacious and newly furnished with a good size bathroom. The front desk staff and the lady running the breakfast...

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights back in September, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our 1st time in Rome so asked advice from reception of distances to best sites to see and best ways to get there, most where within easy walking distance apart from the Vatican, but the bus station is not...

First visit to Rome and was looking for a reasonably priced hotel that was centrally placed. This hotel certainly fits the bill. It was very clean and the staff all friendly and helpful. It's perfect for a few days and all the sights are accessible on foot as long as you are able. Would definitely use again if I go...

Stayed in Hotel Verona for 4 nights in September, The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. Breakfast could be better. Location is ok if you don't mind walking 30 minutes to the city centre or taking bus.

Just got back from our stay in Rome, we were there for just 4 days, the rest of the time was spent with family in Sicily, and I have to say it was a decent place to stay. I was worried when reading some of the reviews but it was clean, price was good, and location is great. We were...
