We stayed here as part of a city break booked with British Airways and were not disappointed at all. The hotel is close to the main Termini station in Rome and well situated for the Colosseum and surrounding area. The staff were all extremely helpful, pleasant and polite and made us most welcome...the rooms were perhaps a little small if...

Beautiful hotel and courtyard and the staff was incredible. They went out of their way to help us get to our tour on time (and without us having to ask!). By far the best hotel and stay of our trip through London, Paris and Rome. Very quaint hotel with beautiful architecture. We will be back! Grazie!

The staff is extremely friendly but that's the only good thing here. The rooms are small but clean. The bathroom only comes with a shower cabin and a weird ventilation system that made it impossible to breath from time to time. The biggest problem was the cold. The air conditioning runs on schedule so you can't do anything to warm...

Carlo is very responsiveness through the email in regards with your inquiries and requests. When we arrived in the hotel, Paolo greeted us with warm smile and asked us politely to wait for a minute while he was assisting the 1st guest. He is very multi-tasked(From Receptionist, Bell Boy, tourist information). Clean room and our housekeeper take initiative to clean...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
