We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, the air conditioning was not working when we arrived, the shower head was leaking from the side and blocked with limescale .The staff were anything but helpful. The Barman was under pressure all the time as the also did the room service. Wifi was 5.50 per day and did not work, they also...

If you're used to hostels, this is only one step up. Tick in my room, shower didn't work, A/C was not functional. Avoid at all costs. Located outside the city so you have to take a cab everywhere. Pictures don't capture the current condition of this "hotel"

The hotel is amazing and very nice it is elegant, the rooms area were big and very clean and tidy, the breakfast was good, the district where the hotel locate is very quiet beautiful high class with many shops and good restaurants, but the main problem is this district is very far from the city center and sightseeing area.

My wife and I had a room here for a week in March. We traveled with a group of 19 people and everyone enjoyed themselves. The only negative was our room smelled a little musty and I think it was coming from the bathroom. Other than that the accommodations were nice and basic. The breakfast buffet was good, not great...

Found the hotel very basic. We could here the TV through the walls. The noise from toilets and showers from other rooms were very loud. Basic breakfast but did offer cappuccino. Not central to main tourist attractions. Thankfully we only stayed one night.

Beautiful part of town bu the rooms are old, and dated. AC on upper floors is non existent. Advertised meeting facilities are horrible. Breakfast is not 4 stars. No internet, antiquated system that crashes frequently and you can only buy 24 hours at a time at the front desk. Come with very low expectations and don't expect a hot shower...

I have visited Rome 12 times since 2000 and each time stayed at the Beverly Hills. Initially it was included in a tour package from a now defunct tour company, but since about 2007 I have made my own travel arrangements. I always choose the Beverly Hills. The rooms are clean and well maintained. All rooms have a minibar/fridge. Staff...

We stayed here for 3 nights and found the hotel to be clean, the staff was very helpful, breakfast was enjoyable. The only negative is there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and to get room service for two coffees was €12.50 so expensive. We would recommend.
