As with any of the Marriott properties the staff always make the stay. They will not disappoint you here either. We were traveling as tourists, four of us, two adults and two children. We needed an adjoining room and while it was not initially what was assigned to us on arrival the staff was accommodating and made the change. Unfortunately...

The staff at this hotel was very helpful in providing maps, information, weighing luggage and other things. The hotel is located in a suburb, but is an easy ride on the nearby Gemelli tram to the subway, to St. Peters station or to elsewhere. Even though we heard sirens from the nearby hospital from time-to-time, it wasn't bothersome. All staff...

This was our first time at this hotel and we were concerned we made the right decision. This was not our first visit to Rome and we were in town for the Marathon. We immediately felt so welcomed and looked after by Samantha at the front desk and we were very happy with our room which was so spacious and...

Went there with my wife on her birthday, asked for an early check-in and a birthday card for her. Got ourselves checked in in 20 mins and the birthday card was accompanied by complimentary cookies and strawberries! The personnel is very helpful and polite, sleep quality is first class and on top of that they have a shuttle bus which...

My family recently stayed here and had an excellent time! Antonella Ferro, the general manager has put together an outstanding team to make your stay very pleasant. There is a very nice breakfast at the hotel and some great local type restaurants a short walk away. The hotel is located on a hill overlooking Rome. A short ten minute shuttle...

Like most Marriott hotels, it's clean and nicely decorated. I have always found Marriott staff to be friendly (sometimes in a mildly artificial way), but I have never found Marriott staff as genuinely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient as the Rome Courtyard. All of the staff including the room cleaners, front of house, and Regional Manager treated us like well...

The people at the hotel a e are wonderful but the hotel is overpriced for what it has to offer. there is not a formal restaurant in the hotel and nothing near. you have to have transportation to be there. also the access to the beach is not that great.we left and went to the Hilton in Daytona where we...

Nice hotel, located 10 minutes by taxi from the city center. Nice view to the Vatican .large big rooms with double bed, American style .. Friendly people. Only disadvantage is that is not so close to the city center ( not in walking distance)

The entire staff are great. Good location away from the crowds at the tourist attractions. Has shuttle service that drops you off near the Vatican. Two good restaurants and a bar. Could see the Sistine Chapel from my balcony. Comfortable room. Has a towel warmer and safe in the room too. I would stay here again.

We were in Rome and stayed 5 nights at the Courtyard. The room was spacious with a nice balcony and we had the view of St Peter's Basilica. City Centre was easy to get to as long as you take the very affordable hotel shuttle which will drop you just outside Vatican City. Good food at the bistro downstairs, with...
