Booked this hotel because of a combination of it being in a good location, good star rating and good price. Booked a twin/double room for 3 nights stay. The room was large, which was nice to see, however there were a number of parts to the room that we noticed through our stay. The decor was dated but we put...

Our continental breakfast that contains also 2-3 types of ham and cheese, croissants, cakes, bread, cereals, butter, jam, eggs, salad, honey, milk, etc. is included in the price for all the reservations. I would like to recommend this hotel! It has a good central location, nicely decorated rooms, comfortable stay, lovely rooftop terrace and an excellent staff who really helped out with my requests. As an example of this superb hospitality: at home I realized I forget some item of my Luggage at the hotel. Thanks to signor Roberto and his colleguaes...

Excellent location with ease of access to historical sites and market. Rooms are fine but nothing special. Receptionist not very hospitable barely smiles to visitors and do not provide guidance or help.

We would highly recommend this hotel as it's location is brilliant (only a short walk to Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palantino Hill) and about a 15 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The décor is a little bit dated but it is spotlessly clean. After a long day walking, you can make use of the hotel roof terrace...

My sister and I shared a twin room for a four night stay and found this hotel ideal. Our room was not huge but it was perfectly clean with comfortable beds. Bed linen spotless as was the very large bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Alex (I hope we have this right) who welcomed us on arrival....

My friend and I got this 4 night city break cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for, but the star rating must be wrong.. this hotel is ok upon entrance thou the tall man who was smoking out side when we arrived was miserable. Room on first floor 102 went in the lift. When we got into...

Hotel personnel were friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was appealing. During breakfast there was a variety of fruits, fresh pastry, and coffee, juice or tea. Location was centralized and close to modes of transportation (subway, train station and bus stops). Concierge was very helpful that he contacted our shuttle in order to have reservations for us to be picked up...

My husband and I stayed for five nights to celebrate our 40th birthdays. Although decor was tired it felt very old Italian which is what we wanted. We stayed on the 4th floor. Nice large room with large ensuite shower. Bed sheets and towels changed daily. No noise at night unless we kept window open which we did on occasion...

Old fashioned, basic, spotlessly clean. Lovely service and people. There’s a roof terrace with incredible views and the whole place is fantastically situated in a really buzzing part of the city. If you want somewhere to use a an easy base and close to great restaurants then this is for you.

Upon arrival the reception area was nice enough, receptionist was nice enough and informed us that the lift was just through the door. Now I am not one of those people who get freaked out by elevators but with three people and two bags in it I thought the thing was going to collapse on itself. Feeling relieved to actually...
