The Inn is greatly located at 100 my from the Spanish Steps , in the most important and luxury Roma street , via Condotti. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the team very kind. The breakfast in the terrace roof is some thing special.

You cannot get a better location, a few steps from the Spanish Steps in the middle of the best shops. If you are young and don't mind all the steps and small room, you can enjoy this hotel. We had our mother with us and all the stairs were a problem, I wish they would mention it in their website,...

This was my fourth time staying at this hotel. One night was spent in the apartment, which could easily hold a family of four or five, and has two bathrooms. The apartment has a kitchen and dining room too, an da view of the Piazza di Spagna. The rooms in the main hotel are lovely. The rooftop dining area is...

Looking forward to my second visit. An elegant, yet homey hotel in the middle of Rome. Literally steps away from the Spanish Steps & in the heart of the shopping district...walking distance to many of Rome's attractions. A roof top breakfast starts the day in paradise.

Every aspect of my stay at the Inn at the Spanish Steps was excellent. Firstly, when I needed to arrive a day earlier than booked, the team could not have been more helpful in accommodating me. The following days, I stayed in a suite overlooking the square which was a well proportioned room with great view. Every member of staff...

I brought my mum to Rome for her birthday and chose the this hotel as the location is fantastic, literally right next to the Spanish steps. I can't say enough about how good a hotel it is and how wonderful the staff are. The rooms were immaculately clean and the breakfast and buffet was absolutely lovely with a great mix...

A small hotel within yards of the Spanish steps, the metro and taxis are close by. We had room 303 which was over the street and had a side view of the steps. Breakfast was served on the 5th floor terrace, great views and excellent choice. Complementary snacks are also served here during the day. All the staff were friendly...

Terrific location. Fantastic hospitality and friendly, helpful staff. The Inn was better than we expected and we expected a lot. The view of the Spanish Steps from our room, the rooftop terrace, the breakfast and snacks during the day, the comfortable bed and amenities, the ease of walking everywhere around Rome from here all made our stay here a true...

Penthouse room - balcony had the most amazing view of Rome, The Spanish Steps and you could see over the river to St. Peter's Basilica as well! The service was exemplary. Definitely try the wine at cocktail hour.
