Can't remember exactly, but we had to leave at about 9am when we checked out, but we had plenty of time for breakfast. We also had to get an early coach for a trip we were doing and they made us up a breakfast bag.

The Hotel overlooks either an internal courtyard from the inner rooms or the road, if you are on an outer room. The rooftop views from the Bar and Restaurant are stunning especially at night.
