I stayed here over Christmas 2021 for 5 nights and as it was my first Christmas away, I was hoping it would live up to expectations, to which it did. We checked in on a Wednesday, the employees were very welcoming and check-in was fine, our room was on the fifth floor, a great size with views up and down the main street. The entrance to the hotel is beautiful, and offered a magical atmosphere in the evenings. The employees were brilliant, very attentive and catered to our every need. I would like to personally thank Sheeba for the evenings she looked after us. She was very attentive, honest and kind. Also, the young 'luggage guy' ( I don't know their titles) who were so friendly and insisted on carrying both of our *heavy* suitcases to our rooms. I realise people will comment that 'that is his job', but it very easy to overlook employees and their work, a simple 'thank you' is important. Thank you Savoy for a lovely Christmas break, and I would love to return.

This is a great hotel in Roma, centrally located to a number of attractions and restaurants. You can walk to a number of Rome historic sites from here. The rooms and staff were both excellent. Roof top lounge gives you a great view of Rome. I highly recommend this hotel and will be booking them for my next stay in Rome.

Lovely hotel and hotel staff, especially the waiting on/bar staff. The hotel is ideally situated for those looking to explore Rome. 30min walk away from Vatican City, 25min to the coliseum & 15mins from Trevi fountain & Spanish Steps. The room we had was plenty big enough with a good size bathroom. The only criticism I have personally and it is "petty" the iron in the ironing room is terrible 🤦‍♂️.

This was not the 4* hotel they claim to be. I had to ring and ask for Bath robes because it was not provided. They said robes were given to specific room types. I thought this was a silly rule because regardless of room type, whether you’re paying for a deluxe or a suite - bathrobes from a 4* is a definite thing for all rooms. Complimentary water only given for first day of arrival is ridiculous as the hotel is a 4*. I think it’s a given that water is replaced everytime your room gets cleaned. Streets were very noisy past 10pm as there’s bars around the street and made several calls to reception complaining but nothing could be done. Walls are also extremely thin and can hear people next door so clearly and loudly - not kidding when I say You can literallt hear. Asked reception to call for taxi that provided card payment but kept giving us drivers that only accepted cash. We were meant to come back but cancelled our second visit as definitely will not want to come back.
