Rooms are very clean and big, breakfast options are limited but are fine, hosts are very kind and will provide tips to the guests about the city. Located near the termini station and walking to the metro station will take 5-7min. Excelent B&B for a very reasonable price.

The check in process was a bit chaotic and that coupled with a few hidden expenses brought the total up an extra 20%. The door for the room didn't work so well but the room was cozy and clean. Breakfast was minimalistic which brings me to my conclusion that it was a little over priced. Great location though

The apartment was just what we needed for our cheap break to Rome. The apartment is close to the metro and some small shops. The area was peaceful and we had no trouble although the people hanging around the streets at night made us feel a little uncomfortable. The room was spacious with a large bed, wardrobes and eating area....

Superb location, 7 minutes within walking distance to the Colloseum and the Roman Forum. Great spatious rooms, at level three, big bathroom. Big comfortable bed and mattress. Light breakfast composed of coffee and sweat treats, but a really close supermarket 2-3 minutes walking distance great for breakfast and sandwiches. Near Termini main railway station great for daily trips: Naples Pompeii...

We had a very comfortable stay at B&B Two Flowers. This was our first trip to Rome and the owner of the B&B was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Cleaning service was available and the room was cleaned everyday. It was a safe place. We left our belongings and valuables inside the room and...

This B&B is excellent value for the price you pay. Close to metro stops and termini station. Due to this the area is a little seedy as can be expected. Very clean and modern with a communal fridge available as well as a small array of typical Italian breakfast foods. Giuliano was very helpful and provided a map of Rome...

Lovely B&B - big spacious high ceiling rooms - very clean (we had the en suite room) feels like an apartment with a little area out front with fridge and breakfast bar (some cakes and fruits, cornflakes, kettle, coffee maker) there was milk in fridge to be used every day and we felt like we were in a home from...

This is a pretty lovely b&b! It's really nicely furnished and while the room wasn't nearly as large as we expected it to be, it was still clean and bright and was a really comfortable little place to head back to after a looooong day in Rome! The bathroom was also very clean but only had hand wash, so was...

Let me begin with the fact that is 15 min away from termini on foot and 5 min away from 2 metro stations ( Manzoni and vittorio emanuele) so it is perfect to get anywhere. We got there super late but when we landed we sent an sms to the phone number Giuliani gave us. When we got there he...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

“We didn't really get to choose our room but the AC was a life saver, our window looked out onto the back of other apartments and somebodies little allotment and so it was very quiet. It was very small though, and considering other reviews had said their rooms were very spacious, maybe the price varies for a lager room, I don't know! But ours was small but perfectly formed!”
