Stayed here for 5 nights in February 2016, rooms were clean and comfortable with a good power shower. The hotel is centrally located near Barberini metro, they provide a complete breakfast option which was included. The Concierge spoke good English and provided helpful tips. I would highly recommend this hotel as a good quality venue that ticks all of the...

A great hotel near the Via Veneto but not close. Nice rooms, nicely appointed, good food - breakfast only, though you can get light meals in the cafe/bar. All of the staff members were professional, helpful, and truly friendly. Well worth the price. I would return.

We went to Rome for a city break last week for three nights. We basically use the hotel for somewhere to rest our heads, a last drink and to get ready for a day of sightseeing and this hotel totally fits the bill. Rooms are small but clean with big comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and happy to help with...

Stayed here for 3 nights and overall was hoping for a better experience. I'll start with the positives: The overall look of the hotel, lobby, common areas are really nice. The breakfast is also pretty good ... loved the croissants with the custard in them! The staff was not overly friendly but still pretty helpful. Negatives: The bathroom ... particularly...

Disappointed because it was supposed to have 4 stars . I will be sure to have a different hotel the next time. I have stayed at the Rose Garden Palace and loved it! Room was small shower, difficult to use and get in and out of, couldn't get a fan to circulate the air, luck to find a window that...

The location is excellent and it was easy to get to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and tidy but a little bit tired and old fashioned. Breakfast was good for a city centre hotel. Next time I visit Rome I would stay here...

Nice clean hotel but room extremely small. Buffett Breakfast was good very friendly staff. Just remember no hotels in Italy provide irons they are not legal & some hotels do not allow clothing to be washed & hung in your rooms or bathrooms.

Stayed here for a weekend break in November. The hotel is well placed in Rome for tourist attractions. Nice and clean rooms with a antique look decor. Rooms are tidy but we found the aircon finicky and not up to scratch. The breakfast was paid for but not worth it. The service at reception was very good though and quite...

No doubt there are better Hotels but not one that suits the budget. I chose this Hotel because it looked Italian and I was right. 10-15mins to most locations, ideal for people who want to experience the real Rome on foot. Hotel was adequate, clean & tidy. Hotel staff very friendly and made us feel very welcome, nothing was to...

Lovely friendly staff greeted myself and my partner on arrival. We intended to find a hotel that was 'nice' and just somewhere to stay for the 4 days we visited Rome. We were out from 7am-10pm each day so the hotel was great to just come back and sleep. I really wouldn't recommend this hotel for anything else other than...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
