The hotel had almost everything needed for a city break in fabulous Rome.
Great location with a wonderful comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. First class housekeeping and the staff on reception were really helpful and friendly.
The storage is limited but it is more than sufficient, we had a kettle and safe in our room along with complimentary water on arrival. The room wasn’t huge but in Rome you don’t spend any real amount of time here unless you’re sleeping!
Only real criticism is there is no fridge and our coffee wasn’t replaced on a daily basis.
Otherwise a great stay.

This hotel is adequate, no more. Definitely not a 4 star, more a 2 1/2. It has been turned into a minimalist no frills hotel. The room we had was small, the safe.was situated on the floor, no good for elderly. The bathroom door hit the toilet every time you opened it. Wardrobe was a rail. No complimentary water, no tea or coffee making facilities. The hotel had no bar facilities. No fridge facilities. It would have been nice to come back to the hotel to have a drink. We literally used the room to sleep. Do not pay for breakfast. The room had no decor, plastic chairs from school days. Buffet breakfast, stale croissants, fruit juice straight out of a carton into a machine, no fresh. Tea and coffee out of a hot machine, no fresh. Gave up with tea, always tasted of coffee and as a non coffee drinker water it was. It wouldn't take much to do fresh orange and hot water in a pot . Go outside for breakfast. On a positive note, air conditioning was good, bed was comfortable and water was hot. I found a sign on the hotel door telling everybody CCTV wasn't working and under maintenence a slightly strange addition!!

We stayed 3 nights, one was pre tour with Insight Vacations. Our room was small but newly renovated and adequate as we were only there to sleep. Hotel is central to main tourist sights, many within walking distance. Yes, only one (small) lift was operating while we were there but it was fine to take the stairs. Breakfast was adequate, not flash, and with 2 tour groups in while we were there, they often ran out of cups and glasses which wasn't good. Overall we were happy with our stay

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed. Staff disorganised, can’t get anything you asked for, can hear everything outside your room, staff storms into your room unannounced saying they are doing cleaning checks. No facilities in the room nor hotel. Asked for twin bed and booked it in advance on the day was told we are not getting twin bed but they can change rooms the next day, asked again next day and instead of changing rooms they just sent someone to separate beds by two inches. Why not do this on the first day then? Asked for coffee in the room, promised someone will bring coffee making station to the room, never got one. Asked if we could at least use coffee machine downstairs and were told it’s only for breakfast. Toilet paper not replaced, had to go and get it myself from a cupboard. Breakfast consists of croissants, fruit, cereal, eggs and bacon, don’t expect anything else. Overall unpleasant stay seems to be cheap hotel with unhelpful staff that you can’t ask for anything.

We were booked in to this hotel on a Tour group. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. We gave this feedback to the tour organiser as did most of the other tour participants. I don't believe anyone was satisfied with this hotel. Very modern looking and trendy but provided the guests with virtually nothing other than a bed in a room. The rooms were very small, common in Italy apparently but this wasn't evident in all the other hotels was stayed at. The bathroom was small but made worse by poor design and layout. I could barely fit in the shower, I certainly couldn't turn around or put my arms up.
• Windowless room (skylight only) Apparently ours was one of the bigger rooms!
• No fridge
• No storage
• No coffee making facilities
• No kettle
• Phone in the bathroom
• Tiny shower

There was no bar, you couldn't get ice or drinks, no complimentary water (which most hotels provided), the breakfast was very basic and the same every day, the breakfast room was just tables with a table cloth and not set with anything, guests had to gather everything and set the table themselves.

On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the hair dryer worked and towels were fluffy.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Absolutely no frills and no basics. No tea and coffee making facilities but worse still was no fridge in the room in the middle of summer so having a cool drink was not even possible. The buffet breakfast was the poorest (very minimal) of any hotel we’ve ever experienced. Wait staff even quibbled over a drink of water!

A really poor stay. Buckets in the hall ways collecting dripping water. A lack of hot water in the bathrooms for the majority of the stay. Artwork stuck to the walls with masking tape, not just in our room but in all groups rooms. Noise levels awful and constant throughout the night leading to an interrupted sleep every night. Considering the price, I expected much better.

Do not stay here, if I could give a zero I would. So on a tour with 28 people, no one was happy with this hotel, most people complained and spoke with manager and tour guide.Don’t think it’s a cute hotel. We arrived when the temperature was in the late 30’s, so very hot. There is no fridge, no jug (won’t provide milk for tea, and there obviously is no fridge so can’t buy milk or water unless you pay for it, as in Italy they don’t use tap water.)no iron, when we all spoke to manager he said it wasn’t his problem, he didn’t care. However he did give a steamer for the clothes which was useless. The manager was so rude and disrespectful. Most of the staff were rude. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Stay, Friendly Staff

You see. There's a few bad reviews online about this hotel, some are putting a bad review because their room has no fridge. I mean if you want a specific furniture in your room- maybe... while your booking makes you sure you do check if what's included and what is not. Plus, spend more money to upgrade your room. There's a reason why there's a different type of rooms. Guests are allocated to what you can afford.

We had a great experience. Rooms were spacious enough for myself and my husband. We got a balcony room for a good price (Though we didn't expect the balcony).. Toilet is huge. Very Clean and a very comfortable bed. We didn't hear any noise at all to think we stayed on a Friday night and outside of our balcony is one of the main road.

The arrival desk/reception area smelled so nice. Arrived late in the evening and was still welcomed with a smile and a very friendly receptionist. This place is 10-11minutes walking distance to Trevi Fountain, 16-17minutes drive to Vatican and 10minutes walk to Centro. Very convenient to almost everything.

A bonus. They have a storage room where you can leave your stuff FOR FREE while you wait for your flight, you just have to ask nicely.

Most of their lovely Staff are fluent in English (not that it matters) incase if you are curious.

I'm sorry that others had a negative experience. I'd recommend to call in advance if you have queries. It's actually a lovely place to stay, give it a try..

Also, if you booked a budget room type, lower your expectation.

Would absolutely stay again.
Thank you to the staff of this hotel for keeping up the good work.

PS: We didn't try their breakfast as we were on the go and started our day early.

Had a brilliant four night stay here in this superbly stylish hotel. Decor is subtle and chic, and the entrance and communal sitting areas are cool and comfortable with some unique and cool furniture and decor. The people on the front desk were very helpful and welcoming, and breakfast was a great way to start the day, offering a range of fresh and cooked food, with very good coffee from the machine. Breakfast times were also very convenient, and staff very friendly.
The room itself was cool, sophisticated and smelled beautiful! Again, decor was well considered with a contemporary boho/city vibe, plus the bed and bedding was so comfortable which was so welcome after a day's sightseeing! Towels were changed daily and the bathroom was very clean and new. All in all a perfect stay! Would highly recommend and would return in a flash! Thank you ❤️
