We stayed there for a week in October. As soon as we arrived Salvatore did his best to help us with everything we need and gave us a very detailed map of Rome (way better from those I was carrying with me) and a guide with the best places to eat, drink etc. around the guest house but also in...

My sister found Ceilo Vaticano Guest House on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed. A very nice place to stay and very reasonable. Salvatore the owner looked after us and was very informative. It felt like home to us. Walking distance to the Vatican and the subway station is about a five minute walk. These places are hard to find....

Salvatore and Paola were the friendliest hosts I ever had in a hostel. From the first moment they received us with a nice list of places in Rome for visiting, eating, etc, from a local point of view, so no touristic non-sense. The room was very clean, with airco (quite important in the super hot summer nights we spent there)....

Great location, close to Vatican City, the Vatican museums and Metro A. The hosts are very friendly and will help with their knowledge of the town and surroundings. The rooms are clean and spacious. A really perfect place for a stay in Rome.

Cielo Vaticano is a budget place and for what you pay you get a good service. The receptionist Simona is very knowledgeable about the local area and Roman historic centre. As a previous reviewer said you get a map and a list of restaurants and shops near Cielo and in town. I did my research before travelling and the places...

Cielo Vaticano made my period in Rome a time to remember. The location is perfect as it is a few blocks from Ottaviano station (Rome tube) and the hotel team knows a lot about what to do in Rome. I did all what tourists do, but in a very smarter way, thanks for Cielo Vaticano guys tips! And, at the...

I stayed here for 3 days with my boyfriend, it was perfect for a short break. Salvatore and Paola are friendly, welcoming and always smiling. The rooms are immaculately cleaned, on a daily basis, the bed linen is of good quality with very comfortable beds. The guest house is quaint, traditional and very homely. It's a ten minute walk to...

My boyfriend and I visited Rome 4 times and Cielo Vaticano Guest House is the best place we have ever stayed in! Location is great (3-4 minutes from the Metro Ottaviano and less than 10 minutes from Vatican Walls), the room's very nice and perfectly clean with modern furniture, and most important thing there's an ACTUAL DOUBLE BED and not...

We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed it. The guesthouse is near to the Metro station and a short walk from the Vatican. The owners were very helpful about the places to go and see and how to get there etc. If we came to Rome again we would definately stop here.
