The hotel was fantastic but we had to wait almost three hours for our room to be ready. The service was great and the restaurants were great and the pool area was relaxing. My wife and i would recommend this hotel to our friends

Been in Rome several times. I think Rome is not a city for hop-on hop-off buses. Most of the sites is best accessed by walking. You need really good walking shoes.
