I was fortunate enough to have found this property, at the last minute. The reviews were great and the location was perfectly situated for walking to the many sites of Rome. After I made the reservation, I received massages from the Manager regarding food allergies, (thankfully none), whether I would like to reserve a driver, (I did) and requested that...

Room was huge & bed comfy, the best 2 nights sleep. Location was great, easy to walk to most everything. Gianluca was an incredible host full of info & help. His breakfast was a hearty start to the day.I loved the big doors and the old fashioned lift! Would stay here again for sure.

You would never know that there was a hotel in the building. The elevator is from a different age. The room was large and clean and the breakfast was good. The only issue was with the air conditioning. It worked but was unresponsive to the control, in that it would not accept changes. The owner/manager was very helpful.

Gianluca was an excellent host and the room was superb with a nice big comfy bed and massive bathroom! Hotel is in a excellent position to see all the sights - we walked everywhere! Colleseum literally a few streets away! Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast is a lovely touch as well! Thank you very much Gianluca!

We stayed here for our last night after spending 3 nights in Sorrento. It is located close to the train station and in a safe area. It was very easy to find and the very polite friendly young man who greeted us could not be any more helpful. We liked the flexibility and relaxed feel of the place, you are...

Gianluca had organized a taxi for us from the airport which was ideal. Room was lovely and clean and bed was super comfy - perfect for resting in after a long day of walking! Gianluca also showed us a map of the city and pointed out where all the attractions were and ice cream shops/ restaurants which was very handy....

Rome was our last stop on our 2 week vacation in Italy and I can honestly say I don’t believe the trip would’ve been as nice as it was if it weren’t for our lovely host, Gianluca. From the moment we arrived he went out of his way to be helpful and make us feel at home – everything from...
