Small boutique hotel in an area surrounded by excellent restaurants and shops. Also able to walk from here to many of the main attractions. The hosts are terrific and make this a wonderful place to stay. Thanks Serena and Marco for your help in suggesting many things for us to do and for simply being such great hosts. They breakfast...

Normally if it sounds too good to be true it normally is - but not this place! It really is excellent! Wow, wow, wow! This is a true gem and like other reviewers have said marco and serena are just the perfect hosts. We were slightly sceptical of being "helped" with our visiting arrangements as we are quite independent travellers...

This is a centrally located, upscale B&B in the heart of Rome, steps away from Via Veneto, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steppes and lots more. Marco and Serena are the hosts and they both speak English very well. They made it their business to give us places to eat and things to see, not only in the immediate area, but...

Deko Rome is a super nice boutique hotel located in the nicest area of Rome. The Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain are really close by, restaurants, subway, everything is close. You even get a small super market just a few steps away from the hotel. The most important part of this hotel is the people who runs it. Serena and...

This is a wonderful small boutique hotel, modern rooms in a beautiful old building in a great location. Serena the owner is just so lovely, welcoming and very helpful. If it wasn't for her we would not have had a clue where to start! She recommended gorgeous restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, areas to visit etc. Also a few little...

This small boutique hotel located near Villa Borghese in a beautiful old building exceeded all of our expectations. The owners Marco and Serena went out of their way to ensure that we had a memorable trip to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary. They recommended and booked restaurants and attractions for us and went out of their way to give us...

The location, room, and service are excellent! The owners are willing to welcome you with a smile, beverage, and recommendations about Rome. Although in a city with lots to do and see, it is nice to return to a lovely location for time in Rome. We will return to the Deko Rome hotel!

Marco and Serena make your stay unforgettable! When we arrived Serena spent 30 minutes with us highlighting all the places we should go on a map... Marco made reservations for us before we even got there and arranged for a wonderful day trip to my great-grandfather's hometown! From the happy greetings at breakfast to the chats over a glass of...

Marco and Serena provide everything you will need for a great stay in Rome. You will feel like family. Upon arrival, Serena familiarized us with the area and made several recommendations for sites and restaurants on a map that we carried throughout our four day stay. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast is delicious and Serena will...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
