We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Italia. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the morning breakfast service was excellent and a great way to start each day.
Great location, easy walk from termini, easy walk to most sites and close to bus stop for others. Rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely return to this hotel. We had an economy room near reception....More
Comfortable beds! Quiet rooms! Walking distance to everything! Those were my biggest requests when we travel and this hotel met them. It is located in an apartment building on the entire 2nd floor, so you have to ring the buzzer to be let in. Never...More

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighbourhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighbourhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at
Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.

We stayed in the building across from the Main hotel.
The rooms are better and for sure bigger than the main building.
If you are concerned about the noise, you can not avoid it; because all windows open to street!
