Tina was excellent and very thorough. The place has a fridge, balcony, ac, and cable. Cost for three of us was $330 on booking w an additional 32e tax. It was amazing and 2 blocks from st basilica and the Vatican. Shops, restaurants, and metro all within 2 blocks. We will definitely use again and be back! Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and the accomodation was roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was very plain. The metro station is in 5 minutes by foot. There are some good local restaurant in 10 minutes walk.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff very friendly. we liked it very much. It´s close to the vatican and the next underground station. It´s also possible to walk to the city center, it´s not so far. Perfect to visit the city.

Nice comfortable room, and very clean. Great location for a base to explore from as it is close to the metro and the Vatican City. Some nice restaurants and bars nearby. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Rome.

Nice Italian breakfast at a coffee shop by the place. And... above all - Tina the owner. She is very helpful! Sure it is our place also on our next...

Tina was a wonderful host. She helped us in many ways, as we were new to the city. This included phone and taxi assistance, room amenities and acclimating us to our new surroundings. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The shower was adequate size. What a value this was to be steps away from the Vatican and Trastevere...

This seemed to be a converted apartment, but the rooms were well set up and although breakfast is at a local cafe, the pastries on offer were excellent; and it was only 2 minutes away. The shower wasn't great with water temperature, but the bed was VERY comfortable! Note in the bathroom warned of an extra charge if the red...

This is a great little B & B. The location is terrific. It was very hot during our stay and the nearby Metro station meant we could pop 'home' for a rest and siesta before pounding the Rome streets some more. It's essentially 3 rooms on the bottom floor of a 2 storey apartment and our room was on the...
