Fantastic hotel,great location,great decor...... Two local restaurants I would recommend are the Hangout cafe and Il Molo both less than 5 minute walk away. My 3rd trip to Rome and I always book Vatican and colosseum online as it saves queening.

I have just googled gluten free in Rome and it came back with some restaurants that offer gluten free food and also websites that may be useful.:
