I visited this hotel during 9th December - 12 December 2016. I am a bit late writing this review however I felt the need to share my true thoughts, and in terms of value for money this hotel ticked all the right boxes ! For a short break in Rome it was in a great location with bus links right...

This hotel might have been good in it's day, but it's all very tired. The damask silk wall covering in the bedroom suggested luxury, but the grease stains on the matching headboard let it down. The shower was squeezed into a corner of the bathroom as an after-thought. The hotel reception, foyer and dining room were actually closed and we...

Me and my wife had our honeymoon in Rome/Salerno/positano/tropes, this hotel was our first stop and the staff were good. There was assistance and support from minute one, be prepared for tiny rooms, the rooms are great, but tiny. There is a pizza (slices) place a few steps away, awesome value.

I booked a 3 night stay in the Turner Hotel through a wowcher offer (bit of a rip off in the end but lesson learnt to book direct rather than be fooled by wowcher). The hotel was perfectly located to get to the metro and the rest of the city. The staff were all incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel...

The hotel looks amazing in the website. My boyfriend booked this hotel as a surprise for me and looking at it I couldn't wait to get to Rome it looked so classical and beautiful. That changed when I got there, i found it shabby and unimpressive. There's no bar and nowhere to grab any late night food - we struggled...

Hotel was nice and very in keeping of Rome. Staff were very friendly. Room was a little on the small size but very clean and well kept. Good location 15 min walk into town and very close to train station

Dear Ms. Keith, we really thank you for your sincere review. It is always our mission to make your stay in Rome a pleasant one. Your agency booked a small double room, so next time we suggest you to ask for a standard or a superior one, just to have a bigger one. Our best regards from Rome!

Most of our time in Rome was spent sightseeing, so we didn't spend too much time in the hotel. If you're looking for somewhere to sleep which isn't exorbitantly priced like other hotels in the city then this is a good option. However, if you're expecting a 4 star hotel then you will be disappointed. Our main gripe with the...

We would stay again at this hotel. It is an historic hotel and maintains some grandeur not often seen in modern hotels. Marble flooring and stairways and beautiful antique furniture abound. This hotel is undergoing some much needed renovations and the walk to our room made work-in-progress obvious. It is a grand lady who is looking very tired in some...

we were put in a room in perhaps an older wing ..you could see the tiredness in the elevator and then the torn carpets ..one of our beds looked like the sheets hadn't been changed and there was hair on it ..when we complained the front office staff was sweet and came up to change the sheets because i believe...

Dear Madam, You were in our hotel last year June 2015, right? We apologize for the inconvenience. During past year we worked to improve our services. We had refurbished the lift and some rooms. We hope to see you again to show you our progress. Best Regards Hotel Turner Staff

A lovely hotel in a quiet part of Rome but within easy reach of the rest of the city, about 5 minutes walk from the metro. Lovely Italian restaurants just round the corner. Classic romantic bedrooms which were warm and comfortable. My only niggles would be the bathroom which was a little quirky - only just managed to squeeze in...
