The Veneto area is not a bad area to have a car but I don’t recommend having a car anywhere in Rome. Just down the Via Veneto at Plazza Barberini is the Metro and it is one of the better ways to get around.

Would recommend the bar at The Hasler top of Spanish Steps for a truly Roman experience. Lovely courtyard with impeccable staff. Pricey but worth it!
