Good business hotel - rooms are smallish but functional, clean, and nicely decorated. I stayed in two different rooms - neither had a view, one had a small balcony, but because both faced inward, both were quiet enough to leave the window open at night. Lots of restaurants in the area - touristy, popular restaurants to the southwest, and not-as-touristy...

This was my first stay at The Regina Baglioni, having visited Rome many times in the past, always staying via Veneto I chose this hotel for it's great location, near all the tourist and business areas. The hotel was to the standard of my expectations; the rooms were spacious, the service faultless, and the breakfast a must have. The staff...

This is a very nice hotel and well run. Its location is really good as well. The only downside is that the rooms are really different and we had an extremely tight one and I don't believe that any of the rooms have a view. The bar area is okay but not too much personality. The lobby and breakfast area...

I had the pleasure of staying at the Regina Hotel twice in the month of October. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large, in perfect working order, large marble bathrooms, excellent breakfast, very good internet service, and the staff, even though they're formal, they are extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was great. We liked that it wasn't on...

Liked the hotel very much. Rooms were adequate as far as European size is concerned. Television included an Italian/English conversion on several channels. Breakfast each morning was well done with a nice variety of choices. Since Rome is such a large city, it was necessary to sometimes use a taxi to get from location to location.

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
