All staff very helpful, nice quiet hotel, good breakfast. Staff very helpful with the public transport system. No fault of hotel but some metro lines staff on strike on friday, so travelling was a nightmare, cars gridlocked.

Hotel is nice, good location near a metro stop and walking distance to Termini. We like this hotel, it was very well cleaned, everything you need is there for a city trip. We enjoyed the breakfastm, which was simple, but fine and kept well stocked.

I was really surprised how great this hotel was, spotless clean, balcony to sit out at night, lovely friendly staff, bathroom and shower was great, can't fault in anyway, yes breakfast was continental but didn't expect any different, location brilliant, ten min walk to terminal station, have no complaints and would definitely go back.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always smiles. The room was a decent size. The decor was ok. It was generally clean and well kept. The bathroom was nice, again it was clean and well kept. There was no tea and coffee making facilities though but there was a mini... More

Clean room with basic facilities. Loved that you could keep the windows open to get fresh air. Minimal noise excellent staff with a sense of humor. 0nly negative tiny lift that could only fit 4 people. Close to main train station. Would stay here again value for $. Wifi slow and could be improved.

If you are on a budget you shouldn't have to skimp on sleep quality & cleanliness. You have to shower with warm water at times as the hot water gets finished quickly especially if new guests arrive, so be prepared. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Sleep quality was very poor, mattress & pillows rock hard. The soap wasn't enough... More

The hotel is a maximum 10 minute walk from Termini Station. We booked a standard double room. It was quite small but clean with a small closet, TV, a table and AC. But we left early in the morning and arrived late at night so it was more than enough for us. The only thing is that we couldn't sleep... More

For a 3 star hotel it's pretty good. Starting with the pros: 1) good location 800m walk from termini station don't take a cab just walk it's literally 8-10 minutes 2) restaurants are close around the area all within walking distance 3) breakfast included (cold breakfast typical Italian breaky - meats, cheese yogurt, cereal, croissant, boiled egg, juices and toast.... Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
