We stayed here for two nights left to go to Lugano for two nights and then came back for two nights. Our first arrival was welcoming and the room on the 6th floor excellent. Breakfast was typical of a European city more than adequate with dishes being replaced as the needed to be replenished. As it is Rome and everyone...

Stayed at this hotel for two night while visiting Rome. We selected this place due to its proximity to the Roma Termini station, as well as its relative closeness to some of the attractions. It was very convenient for us that this hotel was just 5mins walk from the station - we had some heavy bags and couldn't have walked...

Rooms very nice and breakfast more than adequate my only disappointment being a lover of good Coffee, was that all hot drinks were dispensed from a self service machine which was disgusting. However...

We were celebrating our 25th anniversary w/our first trip to Rome, found a deal through Travelocity and booked both a hotel and air pkg which included a full breakfast daily. Upon check-in, all was good... we were even given a king-sized bed by the woman - Anna Maria -- who checked us in when my husband told her it was...

We stayed here for 4 nights and found this to be a good hotel to stay in. Our room was reasonably spacious and quiet. It had air conditioning that worked some of the time. We stayed here for three nights ... First night okay ... Next two nights a disaster. No A/ C ... No help. Only thing I can say is parent company gave us a 50% refund. Hotel manager would not give us any credit. Only 20% on future visit .. Like sure we are going to do that. Best feature ......

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
