Great location in Rome. A street away from the Trevi fountain, which unfortunately for us, is undergoing maintenance and was mostly covered in scaffolding, but you could still see the statues and majestic beauty of it all. Another street away was the pantheon and lots of great restaurants and fantastic shopping. Staff at the hotel were more than helpful. Our...

Stayed here for 2 nights in August 2014. We chose it because it was recommended by British Airways, never having been to Rome before we weren't sure of the best location but chose this because it was reasonably priced and seemed to be fairly central. Its location was brilliant, 20 minutes walk one way to the Vatican and 20 mins...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel in July 2014 and were delighted with the location, the rooms (ours had a huge balcony where we could have breakfast!) and the staff. Really lovely hotel, with extremely helpful staff - I would definitely go back. Location is superb.

My wife and I visited Rome to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary, we could not have picked a better location. All sites are within easy reach of this hotel. The staff were amazing, very friendly and did everything to make our visit memorable. We were disappointed that the Trevi Fountain was being renovated, but this has given us the perfect...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The shower in the bathroom did not work but overall the room was pleasant although quite small. The staff were friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. It was good that the hotel is walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and The Pantheon. We went back to these two attractions...

Our stay of three nights ended too soon, but had to leave to catch a cruise. Staff at the desk were helpful and friendly and language was no problem. Room was very clean and we can recommend getting one with a patio or balcony- ours had flowers and shrubs on it. Location could not have been better for getting to...

Thank you Hotel Regno for a great stay. Our family (2 adults, 13yo, 10yo) stayed for 4 nights in June/July 2014. We booked this motel due to its location and we were not disappointed as we walked and walked and walked. However we were very surprised when we arrived as the room was bigger than we thought it would be...

Having read many reviews I understood what I was getting for my money, truly central to most things in Rome & we were able to walk almost everywhere during our 4 day stay. Hotel staff exceptionally friendly, superb location, spotless rooms ( rear of hotel) 3 star is accurate & perhaps deserves a little higher when everything is taken into...

We chose this hotel for its location in Via del Corso and we were not disappointed, as it is so central that one can cover everything there is to see in Rome, by walking or with the occasionnal short bus ride. The hotel itself is nice, rooms well appinted and very clean. Breakfast is plentyful, the only issue is the...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
