The Hotel Regno was our base when we stayed in Rome. Very conveniently located on the Via del Corso, we found it central to all our needs. We had stayed in Rome before in a different hotel, which we also rated quite highly, but wanted to experience another hotel. The Regno has a great group of staff members who were...

Our travel agent booked our pre tour accommodation at Hotel Regno in Rome. Unfortunately we only had one night there, but it was great. Due to a flight change we arrived very early in the morning (9:30am) and although of course our room wasn't ready, they were very accommodating to hold our luggage and tell us about nearby attractions. They...

If you looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the centre of all Rome's attractions then the Hotel Regno s a good choice. We found the room to be spacious and clean the only negative was the breakfast which was basic at best. Staff were very helpful

Housed in a 16th century building on one of Rome's best shopping streets, this little gem of a hotel is an ideal base for exploring Rome. My sister and I stayed here for five days at the start of our Italian holiday. We were warmly welcomed, and despite an early arrival our room was ready. The charming woman at the...

I stayed at Hotel Regno twice, firstly on my initial arrival ex Melbourne, Australia, for a couple of days, then I returned a week later for one night, in transit to UK. Hotel Regno had been recommended by a friend and it lived up to its excellent referral. I felt instantly at home, arriving early morning, straight to breakfast and...

We chose this hotel for our last night in Rome. The location was great, close enough to walk places. The desk staff were wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. Our disappointment was with our room, which was so small we had trouble manoeuvring. There was no where for our luggage so we had to clamber over it to get to the bathroom....

I booked this hotel through British Airways, and stayed there for 7 days in August with my husband. We were really pleased with the hotel and staff, no fuss to check in and out, no to mention how helpful they all were when we had a minor incident with our bags. Couldn't believe how close it is to most major...

We stayed at Hotel Regno for 2 nights at the end of August. We had a family room for two adults and 2 children aged 9 and 11. We had a room on the third floor, with a street view, and the rooms were clean and well equipped. We didn't hear any noise from the street and the air-conditioning was...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
