Wonderfully located just a few steps from St. Peter Square, this hotel has been deeply renewed, with comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. Friendly and attentive personnel. A classic made new.

Daytime staff not helpful and in fact, Roberto, front desk manager, rude and arrogant. Evening shift staff much friendlier and helpful. Hotel itself is very nice with great location however, my mother stayed here two years ago and could not believe the difference in the attitudes of the staff.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel certainly met our standard. The room was well appointed and available on arrival. The breakfast provided a variety of options, depending on your breakfast time it could be very busy and you may wait a few minutes for fresh coffee. Easy access to sightsee and walk to explore the city. Would stay again and...

we were part of 40 person pilgrimage to the Jubilee Door and the Michangelo was close, clean and a great place if you want to be based at the Vatican. Groups utilize this hotel so beware. 3 elevators help tremendously. Breakfast is ok but found the coffee to truly be black in color and a disappointment. Restaurant tried it once...

Good room although had paid for an upgrade for a view... we got a room directly covered by tree branches. The reception team offered money back. The room was very comfortable though and breakfast in the hotel had all that you need. Hotel was about 10-20mins from everything about a 5mins away from a cluster of local restaurants. Would stay...

The hotel looks really good. Modern loby, great rooms. The only available parking option was outside in a public parking right in front of it. There is a parkimeter and you have to focus on that during your stay so your car is not towed. That was the only issue in my opinion.

The hotel has everything you can expect from this start rating. It is very quiet, the decoration is stylish and the personnel is nice and efficient. The rooms are very comfortable and, last but not least, the breakfast will satisfy all the usual cravings. The only negative thing I would mention is its distance from convenient public transportation Togo downtown...

Our room was clean and well furnished, lovely bathroom with good lighting, and we upgraded to a room with a balcony. We asked to change our twin beds to a double, and this was done the next day, without any fuss at all. Extremely comfortable bed, with good quality bedding. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard....

This hotel is perfect for those who want to go to the Vatican. It is a 5-10minute walk. Lots of eating places nearby. Quiet residential area. You can see the dome of the basilica from the street fronting the hotel. Hotel itself is very nicely decorated. Comfortable accommodations. Breakfast buffet had a lot of selection and plenty seating. Staff were...

Rooms are clean, contemporary and relaxing. There is a small balcony that was lovely to sip coffee or a glass of wine. Complimentary breakfast was good, not fantastic though there were many options. The staff friendly and attentive. Fun stay and only a couple of short blocks to the Vatican!
