Hotel is very close to everything except a subway station. We rented a scooter to get around. Walkable to most things ancient Rome and walkable to most locations for great food within 20 minutes. Good bus options which work well in Rome. Rooms are clean, but on the old side and you can have some road noise as it is...

We really enjoyed the location of the Hotel Traiano, it's walking distance from the Colosseum, Roman Forum, a popular shopping street and a number of metro stations. We were greeted by the porter who was incredibly friendly and helpful, we didn't get his name but his pleasantries were not missed by us. Guseppe on the front desk was also very...

The location of this hotel is truly incredible, and I would return to this hotel on my next visit without hesitation. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. If you are used to super modern 4* hotels you may be disappointed. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special, but they do supply lots of it, so you can have a large...

Just back from Rome, hotel choice could not have been better. Just 10 minutes walk away from Trevi and round the corner from via Nazionale. Felt just like home. Room was very big and clean and bed comfortable. Will definitely choose Traiano Hotel for our next visit.

Rooms are clean, tidy, functional - same as the hotel throughout. Staff are excellent, friendly, good English (thank heaven!!) very polite, courteous and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect too - museum across the road, colosseum a 10 min walk away and bus stops just around the corner. Loved it, and would certainly use the Traiano again when visiting...

Had a fantastic time at Traiano Hotel. The staff were all great and very helpful when asking any questions. Breakfast was fine too. Our room 108 was beautiful, the only negative thing I have to say is it's very noisy re traffic, but you can ask for a room to the back. Within easy walking distance to all the sights,...

Rooms clean & basic, fridge and great shower in ours, in our Mums room, she had a bath. Noisy traffic as our room was right over the road but you'll be so tired from walking about it won't matter. Do ask for an umbrella at reception we handed ours in as plane won’t allow them, they said they have many....

Great location. You can walk to every part of the city and all the key sights Great service, staff all speak really good English and are very helpful Cleanliness is good Very noisy. If it's not the traffic, it's the bar/pub at the rear of the hotel where they sit outside until around 3am Fairly dated, needs some money spent...

Hotel was of excellent standard. so close to the coliseum, nice walk to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Breakfast was of 1st class. Rooms were very clean, with room service everyday. We stayed for 3 nights and found it so refreshing. Reception staff were great and attended to all needs. Would stay again and recommend this to all.

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
