Stayed in the 'yellow' room for four nights. Spotlessly clean with generous sized room and ensuite. The shower is rather tight on size, especially as the bathroom is large! This aside, plenty of hot water. Breakfast is self service from an array of food and you can help yourself to, refreshments any time. Wifi is weak in the bedroom we...

Lovely, very clean, very very pretty. Comfortable kitchen at your disposal all day. Very helpful people. The accepted not to send a deposit (because there were capital controls in Greece) and relied on my saying that i would go. Definitely would go back there!

Hotel Labicana is perfectly placed on Via Labicana which lies just a few hundred meters from the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum; so it's location is near perfect. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, with many pictures in frames of monuments and from moments in cinema. Air conditioned with a fan on the ceiling that is...

Beautiful building, 3rd floor with access to a tiny lift from level 1 however Alexias met us on ground floor and took our luggage so no problem. Pretty, yellow themed, front room with windows which open onto street, traffic all day but we slept fine with closed window at night. Ceiling fan in room was much appreciated as Rome was...

Booked this B&B fairly last minute and was happy with price paid. One of the owners was at the property to meet us on arrival. The actual B&B is set in an apartment block and consists of three guest bedrooms and a kitchen/breakfast area. The property was clean, our room was large with a good size bathroom. There was free...

We rented an apartment for 5 days while in Rome on the second floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. We even had Wifi, 3 tv's and a beautiful view of the main street (which gets pretty noisy) but with the windows/shutters closed not loud at all. Slept with all the windows open during the night for a...

Stayed in the purple room for three nights with my sister. We arrived and was shown how to use the keys and what was available in the breakfast room. There isn't a reception as such, but there is a desk outside the rooms in the hallway with a telephone and a wide variety of leaflets in different languages to suit...

My husband and I had an excellent five nights in May staying in the Labicana 42 B&B. The B&B itself is actually three separate rooms in a third-floor apartment, with a shared kitchen and a reception area. There is a lift but it starts on the third floor with about 15 steps to it so is not an accessible place...

“There are only three rooms so not much choice. We stayed in the purple room. It faced the main road but wasn't distracted by the traffic at night and we were out all day. I've read the green room might have a smaller bathroom. Purple room has a nice quite spacious bathroom.”
