We have stayed at the Fabio Massimo a few times. It is conveniently located, well serviced by public transport and a lot of good restaurants nearby. The staff are very helpful and the last time we went, we noticed that the breakfast had hugely improved, instead of supermarket cornetti, you would get the proper stuff! We will go there again.

Was a bit worried when the transfer taxi from the airport could not find the hotel !! However that was short lived as the hotel a secret jewel in Rome is hidden inside a big apartment block and the rooms are amazing. The receptionists are brilliant and the location perfect as we had the Pope for a neighbour Located between...

Stayed here for 2 nights with my boyfriend. A little hard to find as it's on the 4th floor of a building as opposed to the whole building being the hotel. Asides from that, absolutely no complaints. The staff were unbelievably friendly. The room was a great size, modern design, huge flatscreen tv, free mini bar and king size bed....

This hotel is just perfect. We stayed for 3days taking in the sights and heading to the rugby. It's 10min walk to the Vatican, 25mins to Spanish steps and 20min walk to stadia Olympico. The room is spotless and the only complaint is that the bed is so comfy we slept in two days in a row. Hopefully I'll be...

The hotel is very good. Good breakfast, nice staff and check in 24 hours. You can walk to center old city, coliseum without taxi or metro. Vatican is 10m walking. I will stay there again in my next trip to Rome.

Just home from a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. It's located midway between the two metro stations Lepanto and Ottoviano and is less than 15 minutes walk to St. Peters. We stayed in the spacious suite which could have accomodated 6 ! High spec room with lovely toiletriesand rain shower. Andrea and Loris were so helpful and printed off...

Trendy and cool boutique style small hotel. Great location, about 10 minutes walk to the Vatican and about 35 mins walk to the Colosseum. Everything in Rome is walkable if you don't mind a bit of walking! Breakfast was excellent - small but perfectly formed and quality food. The staff there couldn't do enough for you. Free wifi. Difficult to...

We have just returned from two weeks in Rome, have had time to reflect, and have come to the conclusion that this is a fabulous little hotel. It is tricky to find, but our taxi driver dropped us off right at the door, and the sign was very visible on the left of the massive door. The hotel is on...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your lovely words, your review just exactly reflects our atmosphere. Effectively, Inside Prati area surrounded with restaurants, coffee shops, wine bar, but still between the most popular place to visit, you can breath the essence of the city. I would add we are very glad to welcome you again for your next trip to Rome....

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
