I chose this hotel because of location and the two bedroom apartment/suite they offered. I stayed here with my husband and MIL, so we needed two rooms; this was a less expensive option than two separate hotel rooms and was nice because it gave us a common space to hang out in. The apartment is HUGE, but set-up railroad style where you have to walk through each room to get to the next. You walk into a very large living area (with pull out sofa, that we did not need), then through a large bathroom area with jetted tub and separate area with toilet, vanity and shower, then into bedroom #1, then into a sort of entryway area with closet and the second bathroom which is connected to room #2. The bedrooms are very large, each set up for us with king size beds. The showers in both bathrooms were very spacious. The water was complimentary, which was very nice, as you often have to pay for water in Europe. The location was excellent for sightseeing - right between the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. There was an excellent coffee spot just around the corner as well - Sant Eustachio's. We did not opt for the hotel breakfast, instead just stopped for coffee and a croissant each morning. It is in a busy area, though on a more quiet side street. The windows are double pane and noise was not an issue for us at all. The AC worked well. If you're a large family or traveling with another couple, I would highly recommend this apartment/suite.…
I’m finding it hard to believe that this hotel has a 4/5 rating on TripAdvisor. I’ve never stayed at a place as worn out and unhygienic as this one. Everything is old and semi-dysfunctional. At 260 euro a night this is by far the worst hotel experience in my life.
We really enjoyed our stay here! It's perfectly located just a short walk from all the major attractions and great restaurants (you're only 5 minutes from the Pantheon). The room was small but very comfortable, with a large bed, wardrobe for hanging clothes and a bathroom with shower, toilet & bidet. It was clean and the cleaners kept it tidy every day with fresh towels whenever we needed them. We also had the breakfast included which was a basic but nice continental-style buffet. Special mention to Michele at the reception desk - he was so helpful and friendly, and had great knowledge of the local area! We'd definitely stay here again.
I alone in this hotel and the room is perfect. Lovely staff in receptionist and lovely outside the area. I ospitality a guys in night pay extra in chek out and not have problem for the mentality in hotel good.
We selected the Family Deluxe Suite for the two of us and our young daughter. Although there aren’t pictures of this particular room online, this is perfect for families traveling together and the description was all factually accurate. The suite is actually five rooms connected in a row, with 2 complete bathrooms with showers. It additionally had a large jacuzzi tub. The room is accessed on the first floor above ground floor, and has an elevator access to the first floor landing if needed. (The hotel reception is located on the second floor). We found the room private, quiet, clean, and very spacious. This is an excellent choice for kids that need space to roam. The large dining table and full sized fold out couch in the main room made a nice living area away from sleeping rooms. This suite is more of an apartment than a room. The mattresses were firm foam with plenty of pillow options. We are not typically fans of firm mattresses, but these slept very comfortably and were nice quality. The windows included shutters to block out lights from the 2 relatively quiet back streets that the room faced. Breakfast was of good quality with fresh cut fruit, hot eggs/bacon/sausage, and plenty of carbohydrate choices. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and spoke fantastic English. Most importantly, this central location is ideal.…
