It's was so easy to book this B&B online (no wire transfers, no bank trips, no extra work) and it was the perfect choice for my husband and I to enjoy our time in Rome. Giuseppe was extremely nice and gave us directions, recommendations and even print tickets for us. The room was clean, cozy and the big hot tub...

Very well located, being just 15 minutes, walking, far from Colosseo and Caracallas Termas. The bedroom is very confortable and there is a kitchen if you need to cook something. And Giuseppe is very receptive. We have enjoyed a lot the experience of being there. Arrivederci!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alice's B&B. It's off the beaten path, but within walking distance to the Coliseum and other sights. Giuseppe is a wonderful host who gave us many pointers and even looked out for our well-being in travel.

We stayed here for four nights and it was perfect! Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner Giuseppe, he was so nice and very helpful and professional. He showed us to our room right away and showed us around the place and made sure everything was perfect. He even gave us excellent advice to which we took and it...

My brother and I stayed at this very pleasant B&B. With an outside entrance, we had two bedrooms and two baths plus a kitchenette. I believe the small room I chose would be very suitable for a child as it had lots of kids' TV. Giuseppe was very nice and helpful. As I was under the weather he escorted my...

A quiet apartment area of the city on the second floor with a bedroom and en suiite bathroom and use of the full kitchen. Many restaurants and places to pick...

Spacious room and modern bathroom, nicely appointed, and clean! The owner was very nice and welcoming and gave great suggestions of places to visit. The only issue we ran into was location. Being on the outskirts of Rome, we sometimes had a hard time finding our way back at night using the bus (although this may have been partially due...

This B&B was the best B&B we stayed in during our three week vacation to Italy. Giuseppe was so accommodating, and helpful. He kept things organized, yet simple to understand. His ability to speak English made our experience even better as he could tell us things and we could understand. For a place to stay if you are traveling as...

Although we had to change rooms a couple of times (something we knew before we booked due to previous reservations), Giuseppe made our time at Alice's B&B a pleasure! Our rooms were always clean as was the rest of the B&B. Although it's not at the centre of the city, it is a short walk to two subway stations which...
