May was a great time to visit this hotel. It was exactly what we needed - near central Rome but as it i set in its own grounds it was peaceful. If visiting Rome I would definitely stay there again. The reception staff were very helpful with everything and advised us on all the best ways to visit attractions.

Very comfortable cool room despite 35°c temp in city, v.good breakfast. The staff very friendly and helpful. On last day my wife was ill and the manager kindly arranged a limousine at reduced rate to get us to the airport which was most appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Me, my mom and sister-in-law were due to stay at the ESH in Rome back in May 2015, soon on arrival to the hotel, we found out the booking had been messed up by the travel agent and ESH had no record of us supposedly staying there! To say the least, it was a nightmare, but the staff at the...

We were part of a tour group staying in nearly 8-9 different hotel throughout all of Italy. This hotel called ESH for short was the worst for the rooms being cool enough to sleep. The front desk controlled the temperature even though you had individual thermostats in each room on the wall (just for looks) . The only thing you...

This is a clean and comfortable hotel, set a in quiet surroundings. I only heard the dog once! The room was a good sixe, certainly big enough for three adults. Lovely bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and bidet. The shower had a rainfall shower head. There was plenty of towels. Not noisy and the air con worked OK. The...

We stayed here for three nights in March. The trip was purchased for us as a gift so we had no real idea of ehat to expect. However we were delighted. The hotel is smart, clean, far enough away from the centre of Rome to be quiet. The staff were all very helpful especially the front desk. The restaurant is...

I booked a short visit online for two for a visit to Rome through BROADWAY TRAVEL of Luton. The hotel was pleasant enough but the online advert stated the hotel was 5 minutes from the centre. I am not sure how they measured this. We had to walk about 1km to get to the Metro. From there the line ran...
