the hotel is lovely and staff very welcoming. Although it was slightly difficult to find the hotel on our first night especially at night, My advise is, as you come to the ticket barriers at the Cornelia metro station, take a left and go up the stairs and stay to your right. As soon as you get out of the...

A good hotel which was very clean and was good value. Breakfasts of decent standard: restaurant, bar and reception staff pleasant and helpful. Room was a decent size and well-maintained. A bit of a trek into city (bus straight to Vatican, otherwise bus or 15m walk to Metro: but transport is cheap and efficient - perhaps made easier by off-season...

Just checking out of this hotel. It is part of a Trafalgar Tour. We have the luxury of a tour bus to get us in and out of the heart of the city. Rooms are clean but average. Staff was excellent, especially the bartender. Great place to stop if passing through Rome, but not if you are looking to experience...

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights over the weekend. The hotel is modern and stylish. Very clean. Staff are attentive and friendly. Our room was great. Again, very clean and serviced each day. Good shower! Breakfast is very good with a huge choice. I would like to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room...

Stayed in this excellent hotel while on a short break. The room was large and very comfortable but the thing that made it stand out was the quality of the staff who were all extremely friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast is also to be recommended. Although not close to the wonderful sights of Rome, a bus to the...

Beautiful hotel, very classy and smart. Love the fact that it's affordable, the hotel is lovely, staff also polite. Went for 3 nights and had a good time, close to the metro station, walkable distance. Wifi also provided which I think is good and works perfectly fine.

Having read other reviews it is interesting to see how the hotel rates with others. My Wife and I being Senior Citizens found the hotel to be very good. Modern and clean and with a bus service at the door into the City Centre, tickets as others have said purchased in the hotel. Rooms were large and well provided with...

For one thing; this hotel is not close to anything! You do not feel the atmosphere of Rome. Sidewalks are dangerously narrow so not a good idea to walk anywhere. Felt very isolated! My friend and I were given our room keys and then found the room had one bed, we had requested 2. Had to move to another one...

The ESH hotel itself is clean and modern- (average for the price) with a handy bus stop out side the door to take us into the center (about 10minutes away).Drinks at the bar expensive and the restaurant Arturo's that was recommended served poor quality food and tried to charge us for items we had not ordered. There were problems with...
