There is no doubt that the Eden is the most spectacular Hotel in Rome. Living up to the Dorchester reputation ,the Eden was Paradise. The location is perfect, the Restaurant and Bar were divine . The rooms were an indescribable combination of comfort and design with incredible city views. The highlight of the Hotel is the staff. The General Manager's name is Luca and he truly made us feel like Royalty. The concierge ,the front desk attendants, doormen, housekeepers and Hotel driver's were all 5 star. It was really refreshing to meet people that were passionate about their jobs and tried their best to make us happy. My only regret about my 2 visits to Hotel Eden is that it's standards set the bar so high.

We were lucky enough to stay at the Hotel Eden. We have stay at the Principe di Savoia (sister property) in Milan many times and heard the Hotel Eden was worth the price. It certainly was. I don’t even know where to start on how amazing this property and its staff are. The rooms are beyond modern with controls through the TV and iPad for everything from temperature to service. Our Prestige room was huge for us, with beautiful marble and details throughout. Some specific call outs: - Francesco at breakfast was a star - can’t speak enough about his kindness and attention to details. Get the breakfast in the room rate - the view alone on the top of the building is worth it, not to mention the great food! - Antonio (concierge) helped with securing a bugger gym pass for me and finding my father an antique Roman coin. No request goes unanswered. Although the gym is small, they left notes every time I used it and went above and beyond. - Fabio (doorman) can’t be missed - carinissimo e gentilissimo. Even though you are in the middle of the city and close to the sites, you feel in an oasis. We can’t wait to return.

Fabulous food, perfect service and what must be one of the best sunset views in the World….. amazing!! I would highly recommend booking a table and arriving for cocktails just before sunset. Unfortunately the main Michelin starred restaurant was closed for the August holidays, but that just gives us another excuse to return!
