Even before arriving in Rome, contact with Luca was very friendly and easy. He arranged a transfer from the airport for us and when we finally met him, it was like meeting an old friend. His English is perfect and he went out of his way to make us feel at home at once. Starting from insider tips of what...

B&B is in the perfect location close to Castel Sant'Angelo and on the edge of the Vatican walls. It is a short walk to Saint Peter's Basilica and the Vatican museums. We loved our stay in Rome and it was made even better by our tremendous host Luca. Luca made us feel abundantly welcome and offered as much help as...

The room had everything we needed and Luca, the owner, was probably the most helpful owner/employee we met on our 2 week Europe vacation. The location is great too, it is walking distance to anywhere you really need to go in Rome.

Our stay was just fantastic. Can't say enough about how we were treated, the facility, the location, and the top notch service from Luca and his staff. We arrived early in the morning from a 2 week cruise, and had a full day tour ahead of us. Luca took our luggage, gave us the keys, and said:" I'll see you...

Wonderful B&B in great location, walking distance to the Vatican and many other attractions. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable, but the host, Luca, was worth the price of the room with his great service, tips and advice. He practically organized our whole visit to Rome and we were never disappointed. I would recommend Rome Armony Suites to anyone.

Can't praise this place and host highly enough! Luca made sure we were warmly welcomed and looked after the whole duration of our stay. He is very friendly and helped plan our trips to Vatican and Colessium to avoid crowds and make the most of the time we had. His restaurant recommendations and advice in general was greatly appreciated and...

Excellent location with upscale shops and beautifully dressed Romans. Very quiet. Fast WiFi included. Continental breakfast was perfect. Room #1 is huge with a comfortable king bed. Walking distance to all attractions. Yes, Luca is the PERFECT host. We will come back on our return.

Excellent location, within walking distance to all major attractions and very close to the Vatican City so you feel very safe. Close to shops, restaurants and banks (Oblidi-Oblida next door has the BEST tiramisu!) Breakfast was nice, lots to choose from and even tea for fusys non-coffee drinkers. It set us up for the morning! However the star of this...

The kind host, Luca, was having some issues with the room we were supposed to stay in, so instead upgraded us to a lovely, very large apartment just a couple of streets away. He also took the time to explain most of Rome's big sites to us and give us some tips for planning our stay. comfy bed, newly renovated...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.

“Make use of the free mobile phone service. This had many useful items of information as well as acting as a local hotspot for internet access both in the apartments as well as when out and about. It included free phone calls (incoming and outgoing) but also a direct 24hr concierge call facility (Luca).”
