Carla was fabulous. She welcomed us in time, with great advices and was really great with us along our stay. She advice the best restaurant we have been during our stay, and it is only 5 minute walk from the apartment (try the tiramisu at the Rossini, it is unbelievable). The room is perfectly decorated, the Italian style you are...

Parioli is the most elegant area in Rome with its museums, stylish buildings and parks. the apartment is very tasteful decorated. Very well connected with to the city historical center. The owner is very professional and always ready to help you. I will definitely stay here again. I loved to have my early morning walk in Villa Borghese!

I booked Casa Pariolina because of fellow reviewers on tripadvisor...I was not disappointed. From the first email I sent to the last moment of my trip to Rome, Carla was prompt, helpful and kind. She arranged for transportation from the airport and taxis for dinner. She also provided maps and directions to help us get around on our own. The...

Great place. We were in the garden suite for two nights. It is spacious and has a great little balcony. The only drawback is the location - definitely a bus trip away which was slightly confusing. Host is lovely!

My wife and I stayed here our honeymoon. We wanted an apartment so that we could cook for ourselves. The neighborhood was beautiful and not touristy at all, and getting to the sites from there was easy. Being close to the Villa Borghese was an extra bonus. We stayed in the "Romantic Suite" (the purple one). The apartment was comfortable,...

Staying in Parioli

Neighbourhood Profile
Parioli
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavour of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
