The B&B was well located and the owner was lovely, he made us feel very welcome.

However, we were moved around and only told after we had paid. Our first now was spent in another B&B, which was lovely. But, when we moved into our second room we were very disappointed. There was an air conditioner, that barely worked (in a Roman summer it was atrocious) and the room was not very well looked after.

The breakfast was the usual basics and was served in the room.

Location wise, this place is perfect!
It's maybe 10 mins walk from Hard Rock Cafe and all the other 5 star hotels, 10 mins walk to the nearest Subway and tons and tons of nice Italian restaurants all around. It's great.

It is not the easiest bit of place to find when you first get there, the building is unassuming, and unless you know there is a B&B behind those doors, you'll never guess it is there.

The rooms itself is nice. It's not the greatest room I've been too, but it has all the necessities.

We paid 240 Euro's for 2 nights in a private en-suite, which I felt was extremely justifiable by Rome standards.

We met the nicest caretaker/owner?/cleaner/cook ever. We tried to pay him when we got there, but he insisted we paid as we checked out. And during the last day in Rome, we told him we had to leave very early about 6 am, he was even nice enough to still offer to cook us breakfast, which we kindly declined.

Fair enough...
