Hotel in good location, not far from Spanish steps, near taxi ranks. We stayed in the annex across the street on second floor, room 208 on street but not to noisy. Hotel modern, very clean. Rooftop bar good for cocktails although closes at 11pm which is a little early for nightcap at end of day.

This place is nothing short of amazing! We've been able to enjoy breakfast with an awe-inspiring view, right next to Piazza del Popolo, and with a huge selection of food to choose from. Credit goes go the staff, too, they've been exceedingly nice! Would definitely visit again!

Loved this little hotel. The booking was made easy through their website. We booked a double deluxe room because we wanted to be in the main building with the rooftop bar. We were greeted by very friendly professional staff and shown to our (upgraded) classic suite which was luxury! I wouldn't hesitate to pay extra to secure this suite even...

Great location near Flaminio and Piazza del Popolo and rooms and all of the staff were kind and helpful to us, with a toddler in tow. Breakfast here is worthwhile as is roof bar for drinks. Would stay again.

Just returned home today from this fantastic small boutique hotel. All the staff we came into contact with were delightful and the room was absolutely lovely - home from home. The rooftop bar is also a must for a pre-dinner drink. All the restaurants recommended by the hotel were extremely good and the location outstanding for exploring the City. Wouldn't...

What a gem of a hotel! Very warm greeting and we were able to check into our room as soon as we arrived which was well before lunch. We had a small problem with our first room, but were quickly moved to another. The hotel provides the perfect respite after the sensory overload of a day of touring in Rome....

After traveling through Italy for a couple weeks this was a welcome place to unwind. We had just come from Florence after having missed a train and getting into a tangle with a rude ticket agent. Once we arrived at Babuino, we were greeted by gracious staff and treated to a cocktail reception on the rooftop. My wife unwound in...
