We stayed here for a weekend and was the best service so far we got at an Italian Hotel. On arrival we got an upgraded room, we really appreciated it. The room size was great with a living area. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tube, we had not the time to use it but I think is a smart choice, having it can give you relaxing times after spending a long day walking in Rome. Breakfast was ok with different options, they had pastries, fruit, eggs, cereals, cold and hot drinks. The staff at reception, bar, breakfast were nice, smily and helpful, maintenance one too. Pigneto area is great, there are many restaurants and bars nearby. Close to some metro and bus stops to reach downtown. I really recommend staying in this hotel when visiting Rome. For the services provided and the courtesy received I would consider as a 5 star Hotel.

Stayed for 4 nights in November 2019 as a couple. We liked this hotel overall and the staff were excellent to deal with, but it has has a serious issue with air conditioning that would make me choose a different hotel next time I'm in Rome. The room overall was good, on the small side, but comfortable bed, good storage and decent bathroom. The location is next to two tram/rail stations which made central Rome accessible in under 15 minutes. The next street over has a few bars and restaurants that offer breakfast and lunch if you're not eating in the hotel. On arrival, we felt the room was very warm (being from Scotland, Rome feels warmer to us at all times of the year!) and turned the in-room air conditioning controls on to cool the room. During our first night, we both woke up sweating as the room was unbearably hot, apparently the air con wasn't working, and so we opened the generous window which did the job of cooling us down. However, we realised shortly after that with the window open we would experience all the traffic sounds from the main road just outside the hotel, plus as the sun rose there was no curtain to dim the room - so we ended up getting out of bed and starting our day much earlier than planned and with much less sleep. Not ideal for a busy day of booked sightseeing walking tours. Breakfast the next morning was excellent - huge choice of items, all freshly prepared and frequently restocked. We explained the temperature issue with our room to reception, who responded by saying that as it was winter in Rome, they had turned the hotel's entire air conditioning system off and that they could not make it available for just one room. So for the next three nights, we slept as best we could, when we could - with the window wide open and the noise of traffic and emergency vehicles ringing in our ears before the sun got us out of bed. We've stayed in hotels across the world and our main criteria for recommending or rebooking accommodation is that during our stay we had a good sleep. Unfortunately we cannot say we had a good sleep at this hotel and so we will not be rebooking it in future or recommending it. Staying at another time of year, especially summer when presumably the air con is on, may result in an entirely different experience to ours - so please bear this in mind. But if you're planning a winter stay in this hotel and come from a colder climate than Rome, we'd recommend staying elsewhere.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Breakfast amazing and the staff was very kind and helpful. But it would've been nice if they have an iron in every room, instead of laundry service, when you only want to iron your clothes. I traveled with my boyfriend and his sister, and both rooms were great, except maybe ours had mosquitoes, cause every morning I woke up having more than one.

We booked this place in a search page and for a 4 star hotel in Rome was the more accurate. I didn’t realize Precisely about the zone which was not the most convenient, despite this the kindness of the personnel and the many ways in public transportation ease visiting Rome. Hidden behind old building in a not favorable zone, Eurostarars hotel is a great option for Who is seeking a comfortable place for staying , modern light fullness, fantastic breakfast, regular rooms, and so on makes you a good chance x visiting Rome

If you are going to Rome I would highly recommend this place. They are not too far from bus and train stops which takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the tourist spots. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the breakfast selection is one of the best for a hotel! They were really helpful at organising taxis for us to the airport and when one of our suitcases was left behind with our chargers in it, they let us borrow one to power up our devices. The rooms were so spacious, comfy beds, nice and clean bathrooms and spa bath and services available if needed. If we are ever in Rome again we would definitely stay here!

We stayed at the hotel for 6 days. It's a nice hotel, with nice stuff but we would not repeat. The hotel is too far away from the center of the city. Yes, there is a bus stop near the hotel, but the combinations are terrible. We once had to wait almost 1 hour and 30 minutes to make it to the hotel at night. If the buses worked well, the distance wouldn't be such a problem. But for our stay it really was. We didn't like wasting an hour every time we wanted to go to the city's center. Despite the location, the hotel rooms were nice and the breakfast was good.

Only arrived today but need to write a review as it’s so good!!! I’m in a triple room with my two sons and the room is very spacious and comfortable. There’s a separate side room for wardrobe/ clothes, a fully stocked mini bar and a jacuzzi bath which was a very pleasant surprise. The room is immaculate too. The air conditioning is a god send in this hot weather too. It’s not near the centre of town, about a thirty minute walk from the colosseum but I quite like that. There’s some noise from the trains but not unbearable at all and kind of adds to the ambiance. We’re staying in three hotels in Italy this week but this was by far the cheapest but definitely unlikely to be beaten!
