GREAT place to stay in Rome. Very close to Termini Station. Elevator from the ground floor is wonderful for travelers with full, large suitcases. Easy to find by exiting Termini's side doors and VERY clean. The owner was very helpful with info and directions and the 24 hour kitchen, with all types of coffee, water, fruit and breakfast fixings is...

Maybe because they are so close to Termini they get away with charging 89 Euros. But I was very disappointed. Some of the problems are not their fault - the street they are on, almost right opposite the train station, is really seedy, with many homeless people bedding down for the night when we arrived at around 10 pm. And...

Wasn't sure when we walked up to the location, but found this to be a nice place to stay for our family of four. Across from the train station, and the falafels down the road were awesome! Nothing fancy, but very clean, and the kitchen is great.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. Fanky, clean, colorful, fiendly staff. Good location near Termini. I wanted to stay there again in may, however they were booked full. I loved this place.

Dream Station is a very nice, conveniently located accommodation in the centre of Rome. The rooms are clean, colourful and comfortable. The self catering kitchen is well equipped and the staff very friendly and helpful. Termini station is very noisy and busy but the rooms are very quiet with the windows closed. We stayed in the Orange room with the...

This was my 2nd stay at this property. Their website explains everything very well. http://www.dreamstation.it . This trip, I had the purple room, sufficient in size, but the bathroom is small. Good bed. Good pillows. Overlooks the street, but the sound proof windows keep the noise and light out. I used the kitchen to cook my dinner on some nights....

A unique place with a personal touch, very clean, they label the room by color. We stay in the yellow room which seems the smallest, since it's the only one available when we book. So, the room is just enough but the bathroom is quite spacious. You can have your room cleaned every day, but towel and soap are only...

I made the decision to stay here because it was so close to the terminal. I had planned on using the metro and trains relatively frequently, even though I didn't use them as much as expected. Even so, it was the right choice. I was traveling with my sister and her boyfriend, and it was honestly nice to arrive at...

Very near train station, you can exit the side door of train station then cross the road and you will find this hostel in front of you. Good staff, friendly and helpful. You can drink coffee and get some snacks all day. Big room, enough space for two big size luggage and very very clean. This place has the elevator...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
